Our lawyers have represented various child welfare agencies in Manitoba and are knowledgeable and skilled in dealing with the sensitive and difficult issues that arise. As Agency counsel, our lawyers are equipped to assist CFS agencies in dealing with child protection matters, as well as issues integral to the Agency itself, such as employment law and general legal counsel. Our lawyers have provided training to case workers in navigating the complexities of The Child and Family Services Act and the court process.

Due to our experience in working with CFS agencies and our experience with The Child and Family Services Act, our lawyers have worked collaboratively with CFS agencies where guardianship applications are sought or where family law and child protection matters overlap.
